Real Christmas Tree FAQ

What size real Christmas trees do you sell?

We have a wider range available to purchase in-store and you can choose from 3ft-4ft, 5-6ft, 7-8ft and 9ft-10ft. Currently, we are only able to deliver 5-6ft Christmas trees.

Where are your Christmas trees from?

All our Christmas trees have been handpicked from a Christmas tree farm in Germany.

When is the best time to buy a real Christmas tree?

If cared for properly, a real Christmas tree can last up to 4 weeks. There is no ‘perfect’ time to buy a real tree, with most people choosing to buy them over the second weekend in December. This helps the tree keep its vivid colour and reduces the amount of cleaning due to needles that may drop on the floor.

How much is delivery and when will I receive my tree?

Our 5-6ft Christmas Trees are available to purchase online from 28th of November and willbe delivered on a next day service for £19.99.

How do I care for my real Christmas tree?

If you’ve settled on a real Christmas tree this year, our top tips on how to look after your tree will keep it looking great no matter how early you purchased it.

· Before putting your tree into a stand cut off 0.5 - 1 inch from the base to remove the layer of sap that forms when the tree is originally cut. Make sure the cut is perpendicular to the base and not at an angle to ensure there is a maximum surface area for the tree to absorb water.

· Place your tree near a window and away from any heat source so they can remain as cool as possible.

· Let your tree rest overnight before decorating it to allow the branches to fall back into their natural position.

· Check the water levels in the tree stand every day and top up as required. Do not allow the water to go lower than the base of the tree.

· Scoop any fallen needles up daily with a dustpan and brush as they can damage the inside of your vacuum cleaner.
