1. Delivery Service
The delivery cost on your order will be based on the weight of your total items. Depending upon the size of your item will determine which courier we need to use and therefore what the charge will be. We do endeavour to keep these charges as low as we possibly can but increased charges may be incurred when delivering bulky items or when delivering to remote locations.
a. Standard Delivery - Purchases up to and including 30kg - £4.99
b. FREE* Standard Delivery - Purchases under 30kg and over £75
c. Large items - £19.99 and above dependent upon the weight of your goods combined. Your order will show the total charge at the point of checkout.
d. Remote locations** – from £9.99 or by quotation dependent on size of order.
*Free delivery on orders over £75 excludes remote locations, delivery from stores and large items.

Shetlands – all ZE postcodes
Isle of Man – all IM postcodes
Isle of Wight – PO30 to PO41
Scilly Isles – TR21 to TR25

Dropship deliveries and Plugs and Ready Plants are sent direct from the supplier. Once despatched, a confirmation email will be sent by the supplier.

2. Where We Deliver
We deliver to UK home and business addresses only
3. Delivery of Products
Once you are in receipt of the products you will be responsible for them, including any damage that may occur to them.
If the item arrives damaged please indicate any damage to the delivery driver on the day of delivery and before signing for your item. You must ensure all damage is noted both on the drivers and your documents.
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days but please note larger items may take longer. Please check the delivery times on each product.
4. Large Items
Large items will be delivered within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. The item will be delivered to the desired address and will require a valid signature unless other arrangements are made. The customer understands that where able, our delivery driver will try and place products ordered on the customer's driveway and therefore agrees that their driveway is capable of withstanding the weight of a small tail lift truck and the purchased goods. If not, the customer agrees to accept responsibility to provide a suitable area free from access restrictions for the delivery to be left. If the company or its agent cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred and shall ultimately fall to the customer.
